The magnetic steel is high grade,we usually use the SH level type.
The rotor is be coated,reduce burrs,working smoothly,less noise.
We test the stepper motor parts step by step.Stator is be test and rotor is be test before assemble.
After we assemble the stepper motor, we will do one more test for it, to make sure the quality is good.

1.Short cylindrical center mounting.

2.Model K12 chucks are provided with one-piece.Jaws(which include a set of intermal jaw and a set of external ones).

3.The jaws for K12A.K12C and K12D chuck are composed of two-piece jaws. They can perfrom as either internal jaws through adjustment.

4.The jaws for K12A and K12D chucks conform to ISO3442 standard.

5.Model K12C chucks are supplied with traditional two-piece jaws.

Axial locking wrench for tailstock

The tailstock is our new design , which has one heads. These heads could be moved and replaced. You can change the head according your require.
The tailstock has a wrench with axial locking, it will fixed the tailstock, and help it work well.

This tailstock can not change the head, the tailstock has a wrench with axial locking, which can fix the tailstock and help it work normally.

It is recommended to use a tailstock that can replace the head.
