How to use:
1. First ensure the power switch of the sharpener is disconnected; then connect the adapter and power supply; last turn on the switch of the sharpener.
2. Sharpening methods
Put the knife into the left sharpening groove; sharpen 3-8 seconds from the knife heel to the tip in a uniform speed (4-6 seconds for metal knife, 8-10 seconds for ceramic knife).Please sharpen the knife according to the shape of the blade, and don't use too much force.
Put the knife into the right sharpening groove in the same way (refer to picture 3 and picture 4). To ensure the consistency of the blade, the knife should be sharpened by turns in left and right sharpening groove
Cautions
1) Do pull backward instead of forward when the knife is in the sharpening groove.
2) Ensure constant force and uniform speed.
Warranty:
1. The warranty comes into effect from the date of purchase for a period of 3 years, only main body and adaptor in the warranty range.
2. Do not cover the mechanical surface or color changes due to normal use, and the damages caused by unduly intensive usage or mishandling: overheating, dropping or intended breakage of product.
