Please note that the MX12-1/MX12-2 pack is obtained by dismantling the MX12-3 pack. Therefore, the 1-pack & 2-pack version does not have original packaging box, but we will package it well so it won't be damaged. If you purchase three MX12-1 pack, we will ship one MX12-3 pack instead.

Please also note that EX12 is the same as MX12 (exact same products), so we will ship ramdonly between EX12 and MX12.

As for the plug, All our products come with Euro or UK plug, if you choose US plug, we will still send you product with Euro or UK plug, but we will send it with US plug converters. If you place orders it means you have agreed with this.
