PROPER DRILLING INSTRUCTIONS FOR AMBER/GLASS:

Vertical Alignment
- Always drill perfectly perpendicular to the surface
- Apply gentle, consistent pressure – let the bit cut gradually
- Rotate in one direction only (do not reverse)
- Never bend or pry with the bit – causes irreversible damage
Speed Warning
- DO NOT use power drills – high RPM will shatter amber/glass
- Hand-rotation only for controlled penetration
Debris Management
- Clear powder frequently while drilling
- Pause every 2-3 rotations to blow/brush away particles
Exit Strategy
- Reduce pressure significantly when nearing breakthrough
- Support material underside to prevent chipping
Binding Protocol
- If resistance increases:
  ▪ STOP immediately
  ▪ Withdraw bit fully
  ▪ Clean hole completely
  ▪ Resume with lighter pressure
